Program Manager

Our Program Manager Auriea is a super commuter and loves ebikes! A rider since childhood, she enjoys speed, speed, and more speed! She got into cycling professionally as a helper in a local bike shop in 2017 and worked her way up to becoming the lead technician and service manager there. Auriea also spent some time building class 3 electronics for aerospace applications and uses her skills to tinker on her franken-ebike, Serenity, in her spare time.

As a Psychology Major at a local community college with dreams of opening her own non-profit community counseling center, Auriea brings enthusiasm and passion to our mission as a community bike shop.

With over half a decade of experience in bicycle mechanics, an eye for detail, and a passion to learn and pass on her knowledge to anyone wanting to learn themselves, Auriea promotes an environment of quality work and education for all. Bicycles are for everyone! Her experience in sales and fit will help you curate a riding experience that fits your lifestyle and capabilities.

In her personal time, Auriea likes to read, sing, cycle on the Centennial Trail, and spend time with her six pet snakes. Ask about them if you dare!

Youth Program Manager

With over two decades dedicated to youth work, Lawrence is a trusted leader in after‑school programming and community engagement. His long-standing work providing after-school and summer programming at the City of Shoreline reflects his commitment to supporting young people and strengthening local communities.

A break dancer for more than thirty years, Lawrence has performed and toured with artists including Limp Bizkit and Cypress Hill. He continues to mentor dancers in the community, many of whom first connected with him through his youth programs. Recently, one of his mentees placed in the world’s first Olympic break-dancing event.

When he’s not working with young people, Lawrence can be found riding BMX bikes, exploring new styles on bigger frames, or enjoying music, dancing, and art.

Our first youth program manager, Kristen Kosidowski, served from 2024 to 2026.

She first started coming to Sharing Wheels as a kid, growing up nearby and needing something affordable, and used biking and exploring around town as a way to gain her own independence and space. Now, she commutes mainly through biking and public transit.

After 3 years of working at the local Boys & Girls Club and engaging large groups of youth on a day-to-day basis, she can take on anything. She’s passionate about her values, and one of them is empowering others to become their best selves.

If you ever see Sam out in the wild, it’ll probably be at some local hardcore show covered in spikes or out in Seattle in full Gothic garb. On a more lowkey day, you’ll find her in her room (postered with all her favorite bands) doing something artistic like painting, digital illustration, altering her clothes, attempting at making music, or even just playing some Skyrim.

He’s worked at Marysville Bike Shop and Bicycle Centres Silver Lake and is returning to bike repair after a stint working with his father in construction. He’s a Mariner High School graduate who continues to live in his hometown.

He currently rides a “DJ” (dirt jumper) from sponsor Hellion Bikes. During the week he rides in the city, or wherever he needs to go. On weekends, he heads out to find some dirt, and some jumps.

Eric Andryc

Bike Mechanic

Though originally from New Mexico, Eric has spent most of his life in Everett, all the while riding bikes in and around the area for transportation and recreation.

He not only knows a lot about bicycles but likes to try just about anything you can do with one. When he’s not working on a bike, he’s using one to ride around different towns, mountain bike trails, or skateparks.

His years biking locally brought him by Sharing Wheels every so often, but in spring of 2024 he began to volunteer. Shortly after Eric was brought on staff for his mechanical proficiency, cycling experience, and strong desire to make a difference in the community.

Henry has a 20+ year career in Design and Marketing. He has designed products in the kitchen appliance industry and created advertising and managed social media for the US Navy.

An avid runner, he took up cycling for cross training and fell in love with road cycling. He’s participated in bike rallies, triathlons, and running events of various distances.

Henry comes to Everett via Singapore. He and his wife lived there for nearly five years, and while there, he rekindled his love of cycling with the help of Singaporean friends. He’s circumnavigated Singapore and Taiwan (pictured) and cycled in Malaysia, Indonesia, Australia, New Zealand, and Thailand. He’s now working on tackling the roads and trails of the PNW, on foot and on two wheels.
